Fun pattern but I got very impatient about halfway through the edging. I wanted the finished object ASAP....

This sits on my shoulders very well and is so warm...

This is Prime Alpaca in Mist.

I still had quite a bit left from my skein (665 yards). Lovely soft.

 I bought this yarn at an Ohio festival & I don't think I have a card for the booth I bought this from...

Traveling Lake Shawl

My second traveling woman & my first experiment into adding beads to my knitting...

Love this colorway which is sadly discontinued.

The base is Knitpicks Shadow Tonal.

I can still see myself knitting a third of this pattern & the softness of the yarn is lovely...

I don't know if I will ever use the crochet method for adding beads again because it got very tedious to put down my project until I could sit down without spilling beads.
